Refund Policy

No-find, no-charge guarantee
If Mikiri runs successfully but finds no actionable performance issues, you are not charged. No credit is deducted and no refund is needed.
When we issue refunds
We will refund a credit if:
- A run failed due to a bug in Mikiri (crash, infrastructure error, or corrupted report)
- The report contained no actionable findings despite a credit being charged
- You were double-charged for the same run
When we do not issue refunds
- You chose not to apply the suggested optimizations
- The suggested optimizations did not produce the expected improvement in your specific environment
- A run failed due to misconfiguration on your side (missing dependencies, unreachable database, etc.)
Pro and Team plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
How to request a refund
Email charles@mikiri.dev with your account email and the run ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued as credit to your Mikiri account or back to your original payment method, at your preference.
