Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Mikiri ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mikiri is a CLI tool that profiles Python APIs under load, detects performance issues, and generates optimization reports. The Service includes the CLI, the web dashboard, and the backend API.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use Mikiri. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API token with others.
4. Billing and credits
- Single Run: $5 per actionable report. Runs that find no issues are free.
- Pro and Team plans: billed monthly as described on the pricing page.
- Credits are non-refundable except at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Mikiri only on projects you own or have authorization to test. You must not:
- Use the Service to test applications you do not own or have permission to test
- Attempt to circumvent billing or credit limits
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to develop a competing product
6. Your code and data
Mikiri runs locally on your machine. Code snippets are sent to the LLM provider (OpenAI) for analysis. We do not store your source code on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that optimization suggestions will be correct, complete, or improve your application's performance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikiri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
